摘要
经过十余年工程硕士教育发展,清华大学提出培养具有工程创新能力的复合式、应用型工程人才的培养目标。在非全日制工程硕士培养中,提出"厚基础理论、博前沿知识、重实际应用"的课程建设理念和紧密结合工程实际,发挥校企双导师和多学科导师组作用的论文工作指导思想。在全日制工程硕士培养中,提出培养方案体现强化实践能力培养和职业素质培养,运行机制采取项目运作方式和成立项目指导委员会的举措,取得了良好的效果。
During over a decade of Master-of-Engineering education,Tsinghua University has aimed at training all-round engineering professionals with innovative abilities.In its part-time degree programs,emphasis has been put on the combination of a sound fundamental knowledge,frontier studies and hands-on skills,with collegiate-corporate joint supervision as well as multidisciplinary advisement for thesis preparation.In its full-time programs,successes have been achieved by organizing internships and professional training in the form of project implementation under the guidance of project committees.
