对太原电网有序用电过程中负荷的分析及建议

Load Analysis and Suggestions on the Process of Orderly Power Utilization of Taiyuan Power Grid

指出了2010年11月份以来太原电网由于节能减排、机组停运以及冬季取暖负荷增加等原因,负荷缺口达到700 MW,供电形势严峻。对太原电网有序用电过程中大电力用户、城网、农网负荷的运行情况对比分析,做到根据负荷性质科学合理分配电力资源,最大限度保障城乡居民及重要用户供电。

Since November 2010,the load shortage has reached to 700 MW due to the policy of saving and emission reduction,unit outages,and increased load caused by winter heating.This paper made a comparative analysis on load demand by big power customers,urban and rural power network in the process of orderly power utilization,aiming to scientifically and reasonably allocate the power resources according to the nature of the load and guarantee the power supply to urban and rural residents and big customers.
