摘要
阐述了山西某电厂350 MW机组给水系统发生腐蚀,导致高加压差增大,影响汽泵转速过高,同时出现锅炉水冷壁受热面沉积速率增大,影响传热等问题,通过分析认为在给水处理工况、机组启动过程的监督存在问题是系统发生腐蚀沉积的主要原因,结合现场实际情况提出了控制腐蚀、降低沉积量的对策建议。
The corrosion problems in water feeding system of a 350 MW power plant in Shanxi have resulted in an increase in pressure difference of high pressure feed-water heater,which has led to the speeding up of the steam pump and a high deposition rate on the heated surface of the water cooling wall,actually having slowed down the heat transfering.The author puts forward some relevant suggestions to help control the corrosion deposition in the actual situation after analyzing the potential causes like inadequate supervision on the unit's start-up process and water supply treatment.
