摘要
提出了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定硅锰合金中铝的测定方法。试样于铂皿中,加入硝酸氢氟酸溶解试样,高氯酸驱赶氟离子,用盐酸溶解盐类,选择波长309.3 nm为主分析线,方法的检出限为0.02 mg/L,分析了几批试样,测定值与国家标准方法测定值相对误差<0.22%,回收率在98.67%~100.14%。
It is stated the method to determine aluminum in silicon - manganese alloy with induction - coupling plasma atomic emission spectrum: put sample in a platinum pot, add into nitric acid plus hydrofluoric acid to dissolve the sample, perchloric acid to drive away fluorine ion, hydrochloric acid to dissolve salt, select 309. 3 nm wavelength as main analysis line. The check - out limit is 0.02 mg/L. With several groups of sample analyzed, the relative error between determined values and ones got with national standard method is lower than 0.22% ; the recovery ratio is between 98.67 and 100.14 percent.
