介绍了连铸机二次冷却系统的作用以及装配施工要点和二冷辊子调整对铸坯质量的影响。通过调整二冷系统辊子安装精度,板坯的中心偏析、中间裂纹等缺陷大幅降低。
It is introduced the role of second cooling system of caster, its install keys, and influence of roll adjust on quality of billet. With adjusting roll install precision of second cooling system, the defects of billet such as center segregation, intermediate cracks are greatly reduced.
