摘要
针对电力市场环境,定义了电压幅值越限对相关用户的损失函数,用以描述当电压幅值超出允许范围时对用户造成的损失。首先构造了能够计及不同用户对电压质量有不同要求的系统无功优化模型,其目标函数中包括系统有功网损成本、无功容量购买成本和电压幅值越限对相关用户的损失成本。之后,在满足与无功相关服务收支平衡的前提下,将求解系统无功优化模型所得到的与无功功率平衡约束相对应的拉格朗日乘子用于无功购买成本在无功负荷间的分摊。最后,用CIGRE'32节点系统对所发展的系统无功优化模型作了说明;计算结果表明所发展的模型能够有效反映位于不同节点的用户对电压质量的不同需求,并能降低无功服务的购买成本。
A function is first defined to describe the customers' loss caused by voltage magnitude violations in the electricity market environment.An optimization model for reactive power management is first developed considering different voltage quality requirements of customers,and the costs associated active power related losses,reactive power procurement and the customers' loss caused by voltage magnitude violations are included in the objective function.The Lagrange multipliers associated with reactive power balances are next used to allocate the total reactive power procurement cost to each reactive power load bus.Finally,the CIGR E' 32-bus system is employed to demonstrate the developed reactive power optimization model.It is shown by simulation results that different voltage quality requirements by various customers could be well taken into account by the proposed model,and the procurement cost of reactive power service can be reduced.
