摘要
总结了我国农村土地产权变更的发展现状,并对我国目前农村土地产权变更中存在的问题进行分析,指出存在这些问题的原因是农地产权主体不明晰;农地承包期限不稳定;相关法律法规不健全,最后从维护农民土地合法权益的角度提出对策建议。
This paper summarized the present situation of China＇s rural land ownership change and analyzed the existing problems. The study results suggested that the causes of the problems were varied, i. e. , the subject of agricultural land ownership not clear, the contract period of agricultural land not stable, the relevant laws and regulations imperfect. The countermeasures and suggestions were given from the perspective of protecting the rights and interests of farmers.
