“库拉索”芦荟的组织培养研究

Study on the Tissue Culture of Aloe vera

以"库拉索"芦荟为试材,以MS为基本培养基,添加不同浓度的NAA和6-BA,研究不同浓度激素组合对"库拉索"芦荟不定芽诱导及组培苗生根的影响。结果表明:MS+6-BA 4.0mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L+AC 500mg/L为最佳的不定芽诱导培养基;继代培养以MS+6-BA 4.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+AC 500mg/L的效果最好;生根培养基以MS+NAA 1.5mg/L+AC0.12%最佳。

Taking Aloe vera as test material,using MS as minimal medium,adding different concentration of NAA and 6-BA,the influence of combination of different concentrations hormone on in vitro shoot induction and tissue seedling root were studied.The results showed that optimal medium for induced adventitious bud was MS＋6-BA 4.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.2 mg/L＋AC 500 mg/L;optimal medium for subculture was MS＋6-BA 4.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.1 mg/L＋AC 500 mg/L;optimal medium for rooting was MS＋NAA 1.5 mg/L＋AC 0.12%.
