Application effect of clinical evaluation using high-fidelity patient simulation

目的:探索高仿真模拟人在临床考核中的应用效果。方法:对参加危重医学科临床考核42名住院医师开展问卷调查,分析超级综合模拟人(HPS)在临床考核中的应用效果。结果:81-96%住院医师认为HPS模拟真实,重复操作性强,能充分调动学习积极性,在临床考核中作用很大。90%非常认同HPS出科考核模式,认为能提高专业技能和非技术性能力。结论:HPS在临床考核中应用价值很大。

Objective： To explore the effect of clinical evaluation using HPS. Methods： 42 residents, who took part in clinical evaluation of ICU, were surveyed using questionnaire. Results： 81-96% residents thought HPS could accurately simulate, repeat, operate, and stimulate the initiative of learning; 90% agreed on departmental rotation examination based on HPS; most considered the examination system could improve the ability of technical and non-technical skills. Conclusion： HPS is useful in clinical evaluation.
