摘要
目的:研究黄芪多糖在体外条件下的抗氧化活性。方法:以Vc作阳性对照,用水杨酸法比色法及普鲁士蓝法分析黄芪多糖的羟自由基清除能力与还原力。结果:黄芪多糖和Vc在0.05 mg/mL^0.25 mg/mL范围内对.OH的抑制率与浓度呈线性关系。同浓度的黄芪多糖对.OH的清除能力及还原力均高于Vc。结论:黄芪多糖作为天然抗氧化剂和自由基清除剂有进一步研究的价值。
Objective:To observe antioxidative activity of astragalan in vitro.Methods:3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid colorimetry and Prussian blue method were used to determine hydroxyl scavenging capacity and reducing power of astragalan.Results:Hydroxyl scavenging capacity and reducing power of astragalan and Vc were positively correlated with concentration in the range of 0.05 mg/mL^0.25 mg/mL.Hydroxyl scavenging capacity and reducing power of astragalan were higher than those of Vc.Conclusion:Astragalan deserves to be further studied as natural antioxidant and free radical scavenger.
