摘要动态考察了经济运行过程,认为农民合作经济组织在供给农产品或劳动力等方面的垄断或寡占引起的福利损失只是一个局部现象。考虑到转移给农民的财富投入人力资本,由于人力资本投资的回报率高于物质资本,增加的投资回报在一定条件下能够弥补垄断势力造成的福利损失。农民合作经济组织垄断或寡占不会损害经济效率,甚至可能增加经济效率。 By investigating the dynamic process of economic operation, the author advances that the welfare losses caused by monopoly of agricultural products supply and labor supply of farmers＇ cooperative economic organization is only partially phenomenon. Considering human capital invested and transferred to farmers, because the rate of investment return in human capital is higher than that of physical capital, increasing return of investment might compensate for welfare losses caused by monopoly in certain conditions. Monopoly of farmers＇ cooperative economic organization would not harm economic efficiency, and might even increase it.
