米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇术前处理过期流产疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol on Preoperative Management of Missed Abortion

目的:观察米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇术前处理过期流产的临床疗效。方法:376例8 w-16+6 w过期流产的妇女随机分为2组,分别给予乙烯雌酚口服+手术,米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇+手术治疗。观察并记录2组患者服药时间、宫颈软化松弛效果、术中出血量以及不良反应、二次清宫的发生率等。结果:米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇术前处理过期流产,术前服药时间短,宫颈软化松弛效果好,术中出血量少,不良反应、二次清宫的发生率低。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列腺醇术前处理过期流产值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To observe the effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on preoperative management of missed abortion.Methods：376 women with missed abortion（8 w^16＋6 w）were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,women in control group were given oral diethylstilbestrol combined with operation,women in treatment group were given oral mifepristone and misoprostol combined with operation.Administration time,expansion state of cervix,bleeding volume,incidence rate of adverse effect and uterine curettage were observed and recorded.Results：Mifepristone combined with misoprostol on preoperative management of missed abortion could improve expansion state of cervix,reduce administration time,bleeding volume and incidence rate of adverse effect and uterine curettage.Conclusion：Mifepristone combined with misoprostol on preoperative management of missed abortion deserves to be promoted in clinic.
