基于国土“一张图”深化电子政务系统应用

Deepening of the E-government System Applications Based on One Map of Nation's Land

本文通过对全国电子政务信息化工作情况的介绍,结合国土资源信息化"十二五规划"中对"一张图"核心数据库、国土资源综合监管平台、四级国土资源全业务网上运行、国土资源信息共享服务四个方面的建设要求,探讨了如何从技术选择和制度建设方面开展下一步工作,深化电子政务系统在国土管理部门的全面应用,同时,对公文传输和全程监管业务作为电子政务系统的应用延伸也做了相应的阐述。

With the four aspects of research that were reiterated in the ＂twelfth five-year plan＂ , including the central database hinged on ＂A Map＂ of national lands , consolidated supervision of the platform, four levels of operating full-service online and information sharing service, this paper introduces the current situation of e-government information technologies, discussing how to perform the future work regarding to the selection of technologies and construction of the system in favour of the full implementation of e-government system in the institutions of nation＇ s land management. It also explains the transmission of doeuments and full control of the application which will be as an extension of e-government system.
