摘要
以高职20名英语教师为调查对象,通过问卷方式,采用定量、定性的方法,调查高职英语教师对英语教材进行二次开发方面的理念和实践。调查结果表明:高职英语教师(1)对教材二次开发的概念了解不够;(2)认为高职英语教材能满足教学需要,不需要进行二次开发;(3)在教学实践中,高职英语教师不同程度地、有意或者无意地开展了教材的二次开发,感性认识多于理性认识。
This paper reports an empirical study of vocational college teachers' attitudes & practice in redeveloping English textbooks. The subjects were 20 vocational college English teachers from 6 different vocational colleges, and the instrument adopted was a questionnaire. Detailed analysis of both the qualitative and quantitative data has yielded the findings as follows: vocational college English teachers do not fully understand the concept of redeveloping textbooks; they think that it is not necessary to redevelop textbooks since the English textbooks are good enough to meet the teaching requirements; they have consciously or subconsciously applied the practice in teaching English.
