两种微创介入方法治疗椎间盘突出症疗效比较 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨经皮穿刺臭氧注射术和椎间盘射频消融术对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效及适应证范围。方法96例患者经CT或MR检查证实为腰椎间盘突出症,且有相应腰腿痛览床症状。60例患者行经皮穿刺臭氧注射术治疗;46例患者行椎间盘射频消融术治疗。结果随访1~17个月,臭氧注射术治疗组60例,总有效率为75%(45/60),其中显效率为61.7%(37/60),无效率为25%(15/60)。椎间盘射频消融术治疗组46例,总有效率为80.4%(37/46),其中显效率为63%(29/46),无效率为23.9%(11/46)。2种治疗方法在突出及膨出组疗效上并无显著性差异;在是否单纯椎间盘病变上疗效上无显著性差异。结论经皮穿刺臭氧注射术和椎间盘射频消融术均是微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。
