正常孕妇尿胎盘生长因子的动态变化及其意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的研究正常孕妇尿胎盘生长因子（placemal growth factor，PLGF）的动态变化及其意义。方法选择2008年9月至2010年9月单胎初产妇127名，无妊娠并发症或合并症，采用酶联免疫吸附法检测其尿PLGF，观察孕15～30周尿PLGF的动态变化。结果尿PLGF水平在中晚孕期呈峰形，孕15周水平较低，随着孕周增加逐渐升高，孕23-24周达高峰后逐渐下降。结论尿PLGF的动态变化与胎盘的发育相关，中孕期尿PLGF的检测可能作为子痫前期预测的筛查方法。
