摘要
汽车同步带用于发动机传动系统凸轮轴上置的配气机构,汽车发动机借助曲柄连杆机构中带有飞轮的曲轴与进、排气凸轮轴来传递动力,为保证传动的稳定性和喷油泵、水泵等稳定的传动速比,因此国家汽车同步带标准GB/T12734-2003中要求测量动态时的带节线长和横向摆动量。本文研制了由光栅尺、工控机、单片机、激光位移传感器、光电转速传感器及步进电机等组成的具有高精度、快速、操作方便和自动化程度高的汽车同步带数控精密测长机控制系统,带节线长测量精度达±0.005mm,带横向摆动量测量精度达±0.1mm。
Auto synchronous belt is used in the valve train of camshaft in engine transmission system. The engine transfers power through a crankshaft jointed with a flywheel in crank and connecting rod mechanism and inlet and exhaust camshaft. In order to ensure the driving stability and the transmission speed ratio of fuel injection pump and water pump, national auto synchronous belt standard GB/T12734-2003 stipulates the length of pitch line and horizontal oscillation quantity in dynamic measurement. This paper develops a control system of auto synchronous belt numerical control precision measuring machine with high precision, fast speed, easy operation and high degree of automation, consisting of grating ruler, industrial control computer, single chip microcomputer, laser displacement sensor, photoelectric rotating-speed sensor and stepping motor, etc. in which measurement precision of pitch line ± 0. 005mm and measurement precision of horizontal oscillating quantity ± 0.1 mm.
