吉林省培智学校教师专业化发展的现状调查 被引量:3

摘要 20世纪末,国际上教师专业化思潮传入我国,备受我国教育界关注。短短几年,教师专业化已成为我国教育界的一种语境,并成为许多学校和教师的追求。培智学校是我国基础教育的重要组成部分,培智学校教师专业化水平应如何提升直接关系到智力落后儿童的发展问题。本文采用问卷法、访谈法对吉林省培智学校的一线教师进行调查,立足分析吉林省培智学校教师的专业化水平现状,提出了几点提高培智学校教师专业化水平的建议。 At the end of 20th century, the international trend of teacher specialization was introduced into our country and got much attention by our education sectors. In recent years, teacher specialization has become a kind of context and a target of many schools and teachers. School for intellectual disability is an important part of our basic education, in which how to enhance the level of teacher spe- cialization relates to the development of students with intellectual disabilities. This paper investigates teachers in schools for intellectual disability in Jilin Province by questionnaires and interview, analyzes the current situation of teacher specialization in Jilin Province and presents some suggestions on improving the level of teacher specialization.
