应用型本科创新型人才培养模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Training Mode of Applied Innovative Undergraduates

培养创新型人才已经成为世界高等教育界共同的价值追求,也是我国高等教育改革的目标和发展的方向。尤其对于应用型本科专业而言,创新型人才的培养模式是体现其人才培养目标、突出人才培养特色、保证人才培养质量的重要途径。本文通过对吉林农业大学发展学院工商管理类专业教学实践的总结,对应用型本科院校创新型人才培养模式进行了初步的探讨,并提出在教育观念、培养目标、课程体系、教学模式、实践性教学、教学方法、培育条件等方面进行创新的几点建议。

The cultivation of creative talents has become the common value pursuit of higher education all over the world, also the goal and development direction of higher education reform. As far as application-oriented undergraduate majors are concerned, the cultivation mode of creative talents is an important way of reflecting the orientation, stressing the characteristics and ensuring the quality. By summing up the teaching practice of business administration major in Development Institute of Jilin Agricultural University, this paper discusses the cuhivation mode of applied creative talents in universities and offers some suggestions on educational concept, training objective, curriculum system, teaching mode, practice teaching, teaching method and cultivation conditions.
