要取得良好的教师专业发展的效果,需要教师积极主动的寻求发展。教师合作文化作为一种引领教师价值取向的意识层面,能够有效的促进教师专业知识的积累、教师专业技能的增进和专业精神的提升,通过构建教师合作文化引领教师专业发展既是一条实现教师专业发展的捷径,又是高质量教师专业发展的保障。
In order to achieve good effects of teachers' professional development, teachers are required to seek routes for development actively. Teacher cooperation culture, as a consciousness of leading teachers' value orientation, can effectively promote the accumulation of teachers'professional knowledge, the enhancement of teachers'professional skills and the promotion of professional sprite.
