摘要 随着妇女生育年龄推迟及不孕症发病率的逐年升高,辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)的发展越加迅速,如何正确评价妇女卵巢储备力对估计ART预后至关重要,而在进行体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fer-tilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)前对卵巢储备力进行正确评价、预测有助于提高体外受精的成功率。现将近年来卵巢储备功能及与IVF-ET的关系进行综述。 As the postponement of reproductive age of women and the incidence of infertility increases year by year,assisted reproductive technology(assisted reproductive technology,ART) has developed increasingly.How to correctly evaluate the ovarian reserve function in women is essential for estimating the prognosis of the ART.It will help to improve the success rate of IVF which correctly evaluate and predict the ovarian reserve function in women before IVF-ET.Now this paper summaries the detection of ovarian reserve function in women and relationship with IVF-ET in recent years.
