产后出血是妇产科常见的一种急危重症,临床的治疗方法很多,药物治疗包括缩宫素、米索前列醇、卡前列甲酯栓、卡前列素氨丁三醇(欣母沛)等促进子宫平滑肌收缩的药物,手术治疗包括宫腔无菌纱条填塞法、背带式子宫缝合法即B-lynch法、盆腔动脉血管结扎术、动脉栓塞介入治疗以及在特殊情况下所采取的切除子宫等方法,这些方法在临床的应用中都取得了一定的效果。及时准确地选用合适的方法进行治疗,能极大地减少患者出血量,尽可能保证患者生理的完整性,保证生活质量。

Postpartum hemorrhage is an acute and critically ill complication commonly seen in the gynecological and obstetric department,there are many clinical treatment methods to treat it,medicine treatments including Oxytocin,Misoprostol,Carboprost Methylate Suppositories,Carboprost Tromethamine（Hemabate） and other drugs that promote uterine smooth muscle contraction;operation treatments including uterine cavity sterile gauze stuffing method,strap-type uterine suture method（B-lynch method）,pelvic arterial ligation,arterial embolization intervention therapy and uterectomy taken in exceptional circumstances and other surgical treatment methods.All these methods have achieved certain effects in clinical application.Timely and accurate selection of the appropriate treatment method can greatly reduce the patients＇ amount of bleeding,ensure patients＇ physical integrity as far as possible and guarantee the quality of life.
