摘要
目的:通过对医院重复使用的医疗器械消毒、灭菌、包装从分散管理到集中管理标准化流程的比较、总结和评价,认识到消毒供应中心集中管理的意义。方法:将消毒供应中心分散式管理和集中管理的特点进行比较,找出其优势及不足,使该模式在医院消毒供应中心工作中得到不断改进并有效地执行。结果:节省人力44%,知识掌握增长1.5倍,灭菌监测增长3倍。结论:集中式管理较分散式管理有明显的优势,不仅符合卫生部消毒技术规范,而且能保证医院的医疗安全和服务质量,同时简化了流程,规范了技术操作,节省人力资源,保证质量,确保医疗安全。
Objective：To compare and summarize centralized management of sterilization and packaging of medical devices to determine the significance of the centralized management. Methods：Comparison of the centralized management with other methods was conducted. Results：Through conduction of the centralized management, we saved human resources for 44%, enhanced knowledge for 1.5 times and sterilization monitoring for 3 times. Conclusion：Centralized management is better than decentralized management. It is not only in line with the national health disinfection technical specifications, but also can ensure the medical safety and the quality of services. Frequently, the workflow is simplified, operation standardized and medical quality ensured.
