应用自制住院患者危险因子评估表落实患者安全目标的效果评价

Efficiency of a self-made risk factor assessment scale in evaluation of inpatient safety

目的:探讨对住院患者进行跌倒、坠床危险因子的有效评估,采取有效护理措施,加强患者安全目标的管理,促进落实患者安全目标。方法:应用我院自制的住院患者跌倒、坠床危险因子评估表对住院患者进行跌倒、坠床危险因子评估,对采取相应护理措施后的效果进行评价分析。结果:自从采用自制的住院患者跌倒、坠床危险因子评估表后,住院患者跌倒、坠床的不良事件发生率为0,患者及家属对护理工作满意度提高,护士对自身的满意度也有所提高医护人员对自身的满意度也有所提高。结论:我院自制的住院患者跌倒、坠床危险因子评估表能有效评估患者跌倒、坠床等危险因子,对促进患者安全目标落实,提高护理质量起到了积极作用。

0bjective：To explore a effective way to assess the risk factors for inpatients’ tumble and achieve the goal of patient safety. Methods：The risk factor assessment scale for inpatients’ tumble formulated by ourselves was used and the results was analyzed. Results：After the scale was used, there was no occurrence of inpatients’ tumble. The patient, family and nurse satisfaction was significantly improved. Conclusion：The risk factor assessment scale for inpatients’ tumble formulated by ourselves can be used to promote patient safety and improve the nursing quality.
