机能实验教学中对实验动物实行“3R”原则的应用

Application of"3R"principle to functional experiment

目的:实验动物在基础医学教育特别是机能实验药理教学中应用广泛,但对药理教学中实验动物相关的动物伦理与动物福利等问题认识不足。3R是指在动物实验中采用减少(Reduction)、替代(Replacement)和优化(Refinement)方法,倡导维护动物福利。方法:选用乙醚吸入麻醉法,对实验动物采用"安乐死"来准备药理教学中的实验动物。结果:对实验动物实行"3R"原则后同样取得了与传统实验相同的数据。结论:医药院校的机能实验室应以"3R"原则为基础,以便更好管理和合理应用实验用动物,在完成实验教学的基础上维护实验动物的福利和降低实验用动物成本。

Objective：Experimental animals have been used widely, especially in the functional experiment of basic medical education. People have no knowledge of the relevant animal ethics and animal welfare issues yet. Thereupon, animal welfare should be encouraged. Methods：To prepare animals, ether inhalation anesthesia was used. Results：The same experimental data was taken by this new measure. Conclusion：Technical staff in the functional laboratory of the medical college should be ＂3R＂ principles-based, in order to manage and make use of experimental animals reasonable.
