关于高职高专学生关键能力指标评价体系建构的研究与探讨

Research and discussion on the construction of key competence index evaluation system of the professional and vocational students

近年来,随着我国市场经济的快速发展,社会对于人才的要求也日趋多样化,因而在我国的高等教育体系中,被称为关键能力的可迁移复合性能力的重要性也日渐凸显,成为了专业知识与专业技能教育以外高职高专学生基本素质的重要组成部分。本文首先提出了关键能力指标评价体系的概念,旨在对高职高专教育中学生关键能力的开发、培养与评价进行整合,并研究和探讨了关键能力指标评价体系建立的意义、原则、方法以及需要注意的问题等。

In recent years along with the high-paced development of market economy,the demand of the society for versatile talents has grown a lot.Consequently,the importance of the key competence which aims at migration compound ability is prominent and becomes a significant part of basic qualities for professional and vocational students besides of professional knowledge and professional skill teaching.This article puts forward the concept of key competence index evaluations system,which is designed to integrate the exploitation,development and evaluation of the key competence of professional and vocational students,and then analyzes the meaning,principles,methods and problems of the establishment of index evaluation system in current professional and vocational institutes.
