住院精神分裂症患者亲属照料者的心理状况调查评估

The assessment of psychological state in relative caregivers of hospitalized schizophrenia patients

目的:了解精神分裂症住院患者亲属的心理健康状况并分析相关因素,为制订干预措施提供参考依据。方法:采用自制人口学资料问卷和症状自评量表(symptom check list-90,SCL-90)对200名精神分裂症住院患者亲属的心理健康状况进行调查,并与全国常模进行比较评估。结果:照料精神分裂症患者的亲属呈老龄化状态,27%的亲属存在不同程度的心理问题,SCL-90中躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子分与社会常模比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,男性患者的亲属较女性患者的亲属心理健康状况更差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者亲属的心理健康现状堪忧,应引起社会的重视,设法改善其心理健康状况。

Objective：To assess the psychological state of relatives who take care of hospitalized schizophrenia patients and analyze the relevant factors,in order to provide reference for development of interventions.Methods：200 relative caregivers of hospitalized schizophrenia patients were selected.Symptom check list-90（SCL-90） and the self-made general data questionnaire were used to survey the mental health state of relative caregivers,and the results were compared with the national norm.Results：Aging state was appeared in the relative caregivers of patients with schizophrenia.27% of the relative caregivers had varying degrees of psychological problems,and the scores of somatization,depression,anxiety,terror factors of SCL-90 were higher than those of national norm,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Mental health state of male relative caregivers was worse than that of female relative caregivers,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The mental health state of relative caregivers of schizophrenia patients is in grim situation,which should attract more attention of society and seek rational ways to improve their mental health.
