摘要
以明胶、阿拉伯胶为壁材,采用复凝聚法制备具有抗菌保健功能的艾蒿油微胶囊,主要研究了体系中芯壁比、壁材浓度及戊二醛用量对微胶囊微观形态的影响,并将其作为抗菌剂应用在水性聚氨酯中。研究表明:芯壁比为1∶1,壁材浓度为2%时,可获得形态规整,大小均一的微胶囊,微胶囊的加入使聚氨酯的柔软度和力学性能有一定变化,添加微胶囊后的聚氨酯对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及黄曲霉菌均有良好的抗菌效果和抗菌持效性。
A complex coacervation method was used to prepare artemisia argyllem oil microcapsule using gelatin and gum-arabic as the wall materials. The influence of the core/wall ratio and wall material concentration on the properties and morphologies of the microcapsules were investigated. The result shows that core/wall ratio =1 and wall material concentration=2% are the best choice. The tensile strength and softness of PU after adding microcapsule are changed a little. The resultant PU has great potential antimicrobial activity and residual inhibition rate against escherichia coli, staphyloccocus aureus and aspergillus flavus.
