微型HG-AAS法快速测定皮革及其制品中痕量砷

摘要 采用模拟酸性汗液萃取皮革样品,建立了双毛细管进样-微型氢化物发生-电热石英原子吸收法测定皮革中痕量砷的分析方法。研究了不同萃取溶液、进样量、硼氢化钠溶液浓度及盐酸浓度以及基体和共存离子,对检测过程的干扰。在优化的条件下进行试验,样品加标回收率在97.8%~105.2%之间,相对标准偏差小于2.9%,方法的检测限为0.020μg/L。该方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高、经济实用等优点,可用于皮革中痕量砷的测定。 A method was established for the determination of trace amounts of arsenic in leather by miniature hydride generation equipmengt -electrothermal quartz tube atomic absorption spectrometry with simulating acidic sweat. The influences of extracting solution, the injection volume, concentration of NaBH4, acidity and interference of co-existing ion were investigated. The optimal instrument conditions are established, the recoveries are in the range of 97.8%~105.2%,and the detection limit is 0.020μg/L, with relative standard deviation(RSD) is below 2.9%。The method is sensitive, rapid, simple, accurate and cost-effective. It is suitable in the determination of trace amounts of arsenic in leather.
