摘要
通过调节聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)在二元醇里的百分含量,改进了湿法PU革用聚氨酯树脂浆料配方。研究结果表明:PTMG的最佳百分含量为20%。在此配方下,湿法PU层的厚度保持率增加;对Base的剥离强度提高;制品耐低温屈挠性能提高;革厂的生产成本降低。
Through adjusting of PTMP content, the formulation of the polyurethane slurry for wet process PU leather was improved. The results indicate that the optimum content of PTMP is 20%.With the formulation, the thickness’ retention rate of the PU slurry is increased, and the peel strength of base is added. Moreover the property of resistance of flexing in low temperature of the PU leather is enhance. The cost of leather plant is also effectively reduced.
