Objective To explore causes and nursing methods of tension vesicle induced by transradial percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods A total of 200 patients who received transradial percutaneous coronary intervention were divided into treatment group (100 cases) and control group (100 cases). Patients of the treatment group were tied up with proper strength and skills. Bandage was stripped off at the right time to avoid the surrounding skin of wound was excessively stretched. Results Patients of the control group received routine treatment. Conclusion Early diagnosis, timely and effective nursing treatment can reduce the incidence of vesicle and relieve the pain of patients.
