Psychological factors,family factors and social support to infertile women and relevant nursing countermeasures

目的了解不孕症女性的心理状况,分析其与家庭功能和社会支持的相关性,为改善其心理状况提供理论依据,并提出护理对策。方法将不孕症女性150例设为实验组,同期进行健康体检的育龄女性150例为对照组。被调查女性在专职调查员的指导下,现场完成,家庭功能评定量表(FAD)和社会支持度评定量表(SSRS)问卷。结果不孕症女性与正常育龄女性在症状自评量表、家庭功能量表以及社会支持量表总分差异均有统计学意义。结论不孕症女性的心理健康、家庭功能和社会支持存在明显问题,需要采取相应的护理措施。

Objective To explore the psychological status of infertile women, analyze its correlation with family function and social support, provide a theoretical basis to improve the psychological status, and propose relevant nursing countermeasures. Methods 150 infertile women were chosen as treatment group and another 150 cases of married mothers who received physical examination were chosen as control group. Under the guidance of professional staff, both groups completed self- evaluation scale of symptoms（ SCL- 90）, family function evaluation scale （FAD） and social support rating scale （SSRS）. Results Statistically significant differences were observed in SCL- 90, FAD and SSRS of the two groups. Conclusion Infertile women have significantly problems in mental health, family function and social support. Corresponding nursing measures should be taken to address these problems.
