PTEN、PCNA、CerbB-2在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及意义

Expressions and significance of PTEN,PCNA,CerbB-2 in bladder urothelial carcinoma

目的探讨抑癌基因(PTEN)、细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)和原癌基因(CerbB-2)在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达并分析其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法观察膀胱尿路上皮癌,正常膀胱黏膜标本中PTEN、PCNA以及CerbB-2的表达情况。结果随肿瘤细胞病理分级、临床分期的增高,PTEN蛋白阳性表达率明显降低,PTEN与临床分期和病理分级相关;而PCNA表达阳性率为78.8%,其表达与病理分级相关;CerbB-2阳性率为42.2%,其表达与临床分期相关;PCNA与CerbB-2在癌中表达呈负相关。PTEN表达与PCNA表达呈负相关。结论 PTEN、PCNA和CerbB-2与膀胱癌的发生、发展、治疗及预后密切相关。PTEN蛋白异常表达在膀胱癌的进展中有重要作用,检测PTEN的表达有助于判断病情与预后。

Objective To explore the expressions and clinical significance of PTEN, PCNA and CerbB - 2 in bladder urotheliat carcinoma. Methods SP was used to observe the expression of PTEN, PCNA and CerbB - 2 in bladder urothelial carcinoma and normal bladder mucosa. Results With the increase of the pathologic stages and clinical stages Of tumor cell, the p＇ositive expression rate of PTEN protein obviously decreased. PTEN was related with the clinical stage and pathologic stage. The positive expression rate of PTEN protein was 78.8 %, and its expression was related with the clinical stage. The positive expression rate of CerbB - 2 was 42.2 %, and its expression was related with clinical stage. The expression of PCNA was negatively correlated with CerbB - 2 in carcinoma. The expression of PTEN and PCNA was negatively correlated. Conclusion The PTEN, PCNA and CerbB - 2 are closely related with the occurrence, development, treatment and prognosis of bladder carcinoma. The abnormal expression of PTEN protein has an important role in the development of bladder carcinoma, and testing the expression of PTEN can help to determine disease condition and prognosis.
