摘要
为加速油菜不育基因转育、提高育种选择效率,利用SRAP结合集群分离分析法,对甘蓝型油菜827AB核不育两用系的可育和不育基因池进行标记分析。结果表明:88对SRAP引物只筛选到1个与827AB不育系育性相关基因的标记,即me2em10-510;该标记的F2群体单株验证准确率为98.28%。该目的标记me2em10-510与827AB育性相关基因紧密连锁。
A study on male sterile gene of male sterile lines 827AB,was made by means of SRAP molecular marker and BSA methods,to accelerate introgression of male sterile gene and improve the selection efficiency.The results showed that one molecular marker named me2em10-510 correlated to male sterile gene of 827AB was obtained from 88 pairs primers.And 98.28% of the 827AB line F2 population were detected precisely by this marker.The SRAP marker,me2em10-510,was closely linked to fertility gene of 827AB line.
