摘要
为西伯利亚百合种质保存、工厂化育苗及遗传改良提供依据,以西伯利亚百合的外、中、内3层鳞片为外植体进行组织培养研究,建立了西伯利亚百合鳞片的快速繁殖体系。结果表明:中部鳞片的小磷茎诱导率最高,MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L为小鳞茎最佳诱导培养基,诱导率达85.7%;试管苗生根培养基以1/2MS+IAA 0.2mg/L最好,生根率达96.7%。
An efficient in vitro plant regeneration system and clonal propagation via bulb scales of Lilium×siberia was established to provide references for germplasm preservation,industrial seed culture and genetic improvement of Lilium×siberia.The results showed that the best bulblets induction(85.7%) was achieved from bulb scales cultured on MS medium containing 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.2 mg/L NAA,The developed bulblets were rooted on 1/2 MS medium supplemented with 0.2 mg/L IAA,the root regeneration ratio was 96.7%.
