摘要
为了探明乌头茎叶和块根挥发性化学成分的组成,采用水蒸气蒸馏法、气相色谱-质谱联用技术和峰面积归一法对乌头茎叶和块根挥发性化学成分进行提取和分析研究。结果表明:从乌头茎叶和块根中分别分离并鉴定出37种和32种挥发性成分,分别占总挥发油的75.82%和43.31%;其中,主要含植醇、异植醇和香叶基丙酮等萜类及其衍生物;此外,亚油酸等脂肪酸及其酯类衍生物含量也比较丰富。
To study the chemical composition of the essential oil from A.carmichaeli,the essential oil was extracted by the hydrodistillation,the chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS,and the relative percentage content of each volatilizable compound was established by the peak area normalization method.The results showed that 37 compounds from the acrial part and 32 compounds from the roots of A.carmichaeli were identified respectively,accounting for 75.82% and 43.31% of all essential oil from the acrial part and root respectively.The terpenes and their derivatives are the major chemical constituents in the essential oil,such as phytol,isophytol,farnesol and geranyl acetone.Besides,fatty acids and their esters are also abundant,including linoleic acid,methy linoleate and so on.
