茶树种苗智能温室大棚的建设及快繁育苗效果 被引量:4

摘要 为加快茶树智能快繁育苗技术的推广,促进贵州茶树良种化的普及,利用快繁智能化控制设备进行茶树种苗快繁。结果表明,利用快繁智能化控制设备进行茶树种苗繁殖,插穗15~20d愈伤组织开始形成,30~40d时80%以上短穗伤口愈合、根伸出、腋芽分化生长,60d大量爆炸根形成。育苗周期春、夏季为4~5个月,秋、冬季为5~6个月,育苗时间比常规短穗扦插缩短50%。快繁苗根系发达,移栽成活率在95%以上。 The rapid propagation of tea seedlings was tested in the intelligent greenhouse to speed up popularization of the intelligent rapid propagation technique in tea seedlings and to improve tea varieties in Guizhou.The results showed that the cuttings in the intelligent greenhouse began to form calli after 15~20d.The wounds,roots and axillary buds of above 80% cuttings healed,elongated and differentiated after 30~40d.A large number of roots formed in the bottom of tea cuttings after 60 d.The raising period of tea seedlings was 4~5 months and 5~6 months in spring/summer and autumn/winter seasons in the intelligent greenhouse respectively.The raising tea seedlings period in the intelligent greenhouse shortened by 50% compared with the traditional raising tea seedling method.The transplanting survival rate of tea seedlings cultivated in the intelligent greenhouse reached above 95% because of its development root system.
