摘要
目的讨论螺旋CT在测量眼眶容积中的简单以及准确率较高的测量方法的临床分析。方法我院2009年6月至2011年5月五官科收治的鼻部疾病的32例患者,根据采用螺旋CT的层厚/层宽的比例不同分为5组,根据五组数据的容积再现成像进行分析眼眶容积测定。结果根据所测的患者眼眶容积进行分析,其中2mm/2mm组测定的眼眶容积的误差率和差距的范围值最小,而3mm/5mm组和之间的差别是最大的,另3mm/3mm组的和之间的差别的范围最大。结论通过比较分析观察螺旋CT测得眼眶容积时,螺旋CT采取2mm层厚,然后重建成像其所得的图像最为准确。
Objective To discuss the spiral CT in the measurement of orbital volume in a simple and accurate method of measuring the higher rate of clinical analysis. Method In hospital from June 2009 to May 2011 ENT admitted 32 cases of nasal disease patients, according to the use of spiral CT slice thickness/ width ratio of the different layers are divided into five groups, according to the five volume rendering imaging data analysis of orbital volume measurement. Result They were measured according to the analysis of orbital volume, of which 2mm/2mm groups measured the orbital volume between the range of error rate and the minimum value, and 3mm/5mm groups and the difference between the largest and the other 3mm/3mm difference between groups and the range of the maximum. Conclusion By comparing the analysis of observed orbital volume measured by helical CT, the spiral CT to 2mm thickness, and then reimaging the most accurate picture of their income.
