术中内镜在诊治不明原因消化道出血的作用(附21例分析)

Value of Intraoperative Endoscopy in the Operation of the Obscure Gastrointestinal Bleeding(analysis of 21 cases)

目的研究术中内镜在剖腹探查不明原因消化道出血的价值。方法对2005年至2011年我院因小肠出血不能确诊需剖腹探查的21例患者进行了术中内镜检查,并对出血原因进行分析和评估。结果本组21例患者通过术中内镜检查全部明确出血原因和部位;术后21例未见再出血。结论在诊治不明原因消化道出血而行剖腹探查术时应配合术中内镜,可提高病变检出率,定位、定性准确,安全快速。

Objective To study the value of endoscopy during exploraty laparotomy for the diagnosis and treatment of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods The clinacal data of 21 patients with obscure gastrointestinal bleeding undergoing endoscopy during exploraty laparotomy in our hospital from 2005 to 201 l, were retrospectively analyzed to assess efficacy. Results The cause and the sits of bleeding were clearly identified by intraoperative endoscopy and no further bleeding was found in 21 patients after operation. Conclusion Endoscopy during explarotomy in the diagnosis and treatment of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding can improve the detection rate oflesions, and accurately, safely and quickly determine the location and nature oflesions.
