社会支持对恶劣心境障碍患者心理压力影响研究

The Studyies of Social Support Influence Psychological Pressure on the Patient with Dysthymic Disorder

目的调查了解恶劣心境障碍患者社会支持和心理压力状况,探讨社会支持对恶劣心境障碍患者心理压力的影响。方法采用中文版知觉心理压力量表(CPSS)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对60例恶劣心境障碍患者(研究组)进行评定,结果与60例相匹配的健康人群(对照组)进行比较分析。结果①研究组CPSS总分为(25.32±6.77)分,明显高于对照组CPSS总分(17.39±4.53)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.54,P<0.01);②研究组SSRS评分为(32.18±5.23),明显低于对照组(40.52±6.26)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.92,P<0.01);③社会支持与心理压力存在高度负相关(r=0.285～0.326,P<0.01)。结论恶劣心境障碍患者心理压力大,社会支持低于健康人群。心理压力与社会支持具有相关性。提高恶劣心境障碍患者的社会支持水平是减轻其心理压力,提高生活质量的有效方法。

Objective To reseach and understand the condition of psychological pressure and social support on the patient with dysthymic disorder, exploring the effects of social support on psychological pressure. Methods 60 the patients with dysthymic disorder （study group） were evaluated by CPSS and SSRS,the effect was compared and analysed wuth 60 health crowd （control group） who were match wuith study group. Results ①The score of CPSS（25.32±6.77）in study group was higher than the score （17.39±4.53） in contral group（t=7.54, P〈0.01）; ②The score of SSRS（32.18=1=5.23）in study group was lower than the score （40.52±6.26）in contral group（t=-7.92, P〈0.01）; ③There was highnegative correlation between social support and psychological pressure psychological health（r= 285-0.326, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The patients with dysthymic disorder had bigger psychological pressure, social support of them were lower than the health crowd. The psychological pressure and social support were relevant. It was a effective method that improving the social support level of the patients with dysthymic disorder could relieve psychological pressure and raise the life quality.
