心理护理对乳腺癌患者不良情绪的影响

The Negative Emotional Impact of Psychological care to Patients with Breast Cancer

目的探讨心理护理对乳腺癌患者不良情绪的影响。方法将92例乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各46例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理,观察两组患者不良情绪情况。结果观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论给予乳腺癌患者积极有效的心理护理能改善其不良情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the adverse emotional impact of psychological care to patients with breast cancer. Methods 92 cases with breast cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 46 cases in each group, the control group received routine care, on the basis of the treatment of the control group, the observation group were given psychological care, negative emotions conditions of the patients were observed. Results After care, SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, which were significantly different（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion For breast cancer patients, active and effective psychological care can improve their bad mood, improve quality of life.
