经皮椎体成形术及球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)及球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术(Percutaneous Kyphoplasty,PKP)的临床应用效果。方法对27例34个椎体因骨质疏松所致病理性压缩骨折及T4、L2两例血管瘤的患者,行经皮球囊扩张椎体后凸成形及经皮椎体成形术(PKP)及经皮椎体成形术(PVP)。结果随访11月,平均14月。一般在术后4~24h90%以上患者疼痛显著减轻或消失。结论 PKP与PVP技术作为脊柱外科学的一门新兴微创技术,具有有创伤小、方便及安全等特点和即刻止痛、稳定脊柱和改善患者功能等优点,能有效缓解椎体溶骨性转移瘤、血管瘤、多发性骨髓瘤以及骨质疏松塌陷所致疼痛,有着较为广阔的应用前景。
