阿立哌唑治疗复发性精神分裂症临床分析

clinical analysis of Aripiprazole in the treatment of recurrent schizophrenia

目的:探讨阿立哌唑治疗复发性精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法:阿立哌唑逐渐加至30mg/d,治疗8周,采用PANSS和BPRS量表评定疗效。结果:治疗8周后PANSS量表和BPRS量表的减分率有明显下降,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:阿立哌唑治疗复发性精神分裂症疗效肯定,安全性高。

Objective： To evaluate the curative effect and safety of Ar/piprazole in the treatment of recurrent schizophrenia. Aripiprazoh gradual- ly add to 30mg/d,treatment 8 weeks. The curative effect were assessed with PANSS and BPRS. Results：After 8 weeks, PANSS scale and BPRS scale re- duction rates had decreased significantly, there was statistical different（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conduslon： Aripiprazole is effective for treatment of recurrent schizo- phrenia, high safety.
