42例青年人扩展高频测听的临床应用及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨扩展高频测听在青年人中的应用及意义。方法根据受试者年龄分为3组:20~24岁组、25~29岁组、30~35岁组,应用常规纯音测听与扩展高频测听对3组受试者进行检测和比较。结果 3组常规纯音测听各频率听阈差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。20~24岁组相同频率的扩展高频听阈优于25~29岁组,25~29岁组优于30~35岁组,其差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论随年龄增加,扩展高频听阈逐渐提高。扩展高频测听能发现常规纯音测听所不能反映的早期听力损失,弥补常规纯音测听的不足。 Objective To discuss the application and significance of extended high frequency audiometry using in the youth.Methods The trial objects were divided into three groups according to there age: 20~24 years old group;25~29 years old group;30~35 years old group.The three groups were examined by common pure-tone audiometry and extended high frequency audiometr meanwhile comparing.Results The differences of the common pure-tone thresholds in the three groups were not statistics significances(P〈0.05).Extended high frequency thresholds in the 20-24 years old group were higher than those in the 25~29 years old group and the later than the 30-35 years old group.The differences had statistics significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion Following age growth,the threshold of extended high frequency audiometry increases gradually.Extended high frequency audiometry can discover early hearing loss which were normal examined by common pure-tone audiometry,thus makes up the defect of the latter.
