新生儿畸变产物耳声发射听力筛查792例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨新生儿出生相关因素对畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)听力筛查结果的影响及临床意义。方法采用美国Bio-logic公司的便携式畸变耳声发射听力筛查仪筛查我院爱婴病房及新生儿重症监护病房出生的新生儿,对其中筛查结果连续听力异常者,由脑干诱发电位(ABR)确诊,同时记录新生儿出生相关数据。结果新生儿听力筛查普及程度低,新生儿科救治、出生胎龄<37周、筛查日期小于3 d、出生体重低于2 500 g及患有窒息、高胆红素血症、新生儿感染、颅内出血为影响新生儿听力的因素。结论新生儿听力筛查工作仍需努力推广、普及。畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)适合于新生儿听力筛查,对有影响因素的新生儿需密切随访。 Objective To investigate the effect and clinical significance of birth-related factors on the hearing screening results of distortion product otoacoustic emissions(DPOAE).Methods Newborns from obstetrical department and neonatal(newborn) intensive care unit(NICU) were screened by Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emisson analyzer which was made by Bio_logic Ltd.USA.The continuative hearing abnorrnal newborns will be diagnosed by ABR.Results The newborn hearing screening was universalized in a low level,influencing factor of newborn hearing screening were treated by NICU,gestational age at birth less than 37 weeks,the screening date less than three days,birth weight less than 2 500 g,suffering from asphyxia,hyperbilirubinemia,neonatal infection,intracranial hemorrhage.Conclusion It is still needed to work together to promote and popularize the Newborn hearing screening,DPOAE is feasible pass for newborn hearing screening,newborn who have influencing factor should be followed up closely.
