荧光定量PCR检测TM9SF1在氟中毒暴露者外周血中的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨氟中毒患者与对照人群外周血中transmembrane 9 superfamily member 1(TM9SF1)表达的差别。方法选取饮水型氟中毒轻度患者(暴露组)、对照人群(非暴露组)各11例,采用SYBRGreen1嵌合荧光法进行实时定量PCR的方法,检测并比较氟暴露组和非暴露组外周血淋巴细胞中TM9SF1 mRNA的表达水平。结果暴露组人群TM9SF1 mRNA表达水平(1.33±0.22)高于非暴露组人群(1.20±0.24),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟暴露可以使患者外周血中TM9SF1 mRNA表达轻度上调,其诊断价值有待进一步研究。 Objective To analyze expression of transmembrane 9 superfamily member 1 on peripheral blood by Real-time PCR method within fluorosis patient and control subjects.Methods In 11 patients with mild fluorosis by drinking water and control of all 11 cases were selected for research.SYBRGreen 1 real-time quantitative PCR was used to determine TM9SF1 mRNA expression in peripheral blood lymphocytes of fluorosis and the control group.Results TM9SF1 mRNA in mild disease group(1.33±0.22) were higher than the control group(1.20±0.24),but showed no statistical significances(P〈0.05).Conclusion Exposuring to fluoride can increase TM9SF1 mRNA expression in the peripheral blood of patients with mild fluorosis.Their diagnostic value need further study.
