摘要
目的了解影响血液透析(HD)患者生存质量(QOL)的相关因素以及不同民族间的差异,以寻求个性化的护理措施来提高HD患者的生存质量。方法选择乌鲁木齐市3所三级甲等综合性医院的维持性血液透析1个月以上的HD患者66例,使用肾脏病生活质量简表(KDQOL-SF)进行问卷调查。结果民族、医疗负担、疾病诊断、血透频率、在职情况、经济及心理支持、家庭经济收入、年龄、性别与HD患者生存质量有相关性(P<0.05)。结论在探索护理对策、制定护理计划过程中,应注意民族间不同文化背景,以及影响QOL的因素,通过个性化的护理干预措施来提高其生存质量。
Objective To Analyze the factors which affect the life quality of patients（QOL） with HD and the differences between different ethnic groups,in order to find a better way for caring and improving their life quality.Method chosing 66 patients who need to maintenance hemodialysis and last for more than 1 month in the hospital in Urumqi,using the kidney disease quality of life Summary（KDQOL-SF） question-naires to investigate.Results Nation,medical burden,diagnosis,dialysis frequency,working conditions,economic and psychological support,family income,age,gender were related to quality of life in these pa-tients（P〈0.05）.Conclusion During nursing and making the nursing plan,the cultural background be-tween the different ethnics and the factors of QOL should be cared,should by personalized care interven-tions to improve their quality of life.
