手工浸泡消毒与全自动清洗消毒呼吸机管路效果对比与评价

The comparison and evaluation of ventilator pipe disinfected effect between the hand immersion disinfection and the automatic cleaning and disinfection

目的评价手工浸泡消毒呼吸机管路与全自动清洗消毒呼吸机管路的效果。方法根据呼吸机管路消毒方式分为手工浸泡消毒组与全自动清洗消毒组,分析比较两组即刻采样和干燥后采样的消毒合格率。结果干燥后采样,全自动清洗消毒组消毒合格率高于手工浸泡组(P<0.05)。结论通过一系列管理措施,使用全自动消毒机,使呼吸机管路的消毒达到标准化、规范化,为临床提供了合格的呼吸机管路,对防止呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生,降低医院感染发生率起到了重要的作用。

Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect on the ventilator pipe by hand-immersion disinfection and automatic cleaning and disinfection.Methods According to the disinfection methods,two groups were divided.One was hand-immersion group,the other was automatic cleaned and disinfected group.The disinfected pass rate of the two groups were analysed and compared.Results In dried samples,the passing rate of disinfection in automatic cleaning and disinfection group was higher than that of hand-immersion group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Through carrying out a series of managing measures and using the automatic cleaning machine,the standardization for disinfection of ventilator tube were established,which played an important role on reducing the hospital infections.The qualified ventilator tubes were provided for clinical medicine and prevented the ventilator-associated pneumonia（VAP）.
