新疆医科大学硕士研究生主观幸福感及影响因素分析

Investigate study of subjective well-being among current master students Xinjiang Medical University

目的探讨新疆医科大学扩招后硕士研究生主观幸福感特点及其人口学特征对其影响。方法采用主观幸福感量表和一般状况调查问卷对新疆医科大学200名医学硕士研究生进行测查。结果不论男生还是女生,新疆医科大学在读医学硕士研究生主观幸福感明显偏低。不同年龄段、不同民族、不同专业及读研期间不同经济来源的医学研究生主观幸福感无统计学差异。经多元线性回归分析,不同性别、不同消费来源、学习积极性高低及是否喜欢自己的专业都会影响主观幸福感。结论新疆医科大学医学研究生主观幸福感低于国内其他人群。关注研究生心理健康状况,加强研究生心理健康教育,培养适应时代发展、身心健康的高学历人才刻不容缓。

Objective To explore the characteristics of subjective well-being and impaction of demographic characteristics.Methods Two hundred graduate students were sampled randomly.The general well-being schedule（GWB） was used for screening.Results The scores of general well-being among graduates were low.And there were no differences in different age groups,gender,ethnic,majors and sources of cost.Through multiple linear regression analysis,there were statistically significances in subjective well-being between gender,different sources of cost,different learning enthusiasm and love for profession.Conclusion Scores of medical postgraduates′ subjective well-being in Xinjiang were lower than other groups.So we should pay close attention to postgraduates′ psychology nowadays.Adequate concern and effective measures was regarded in postgraduates′ psychological health which constitutes the basis of university mental health education.
