P66shc基因多态性及单体型与和田维吾尔族长寿人群肾功能衰退的关系研究

摘要 目的探讨P66shc基因rs8191981、rs4845401位点多态性与和田维吾尔族长寿人群肾功能衰退的关系。方法采用多重SNaPshot方法对在65例肾功能减退(病例组)和47例肾功能正常者(对照组)的P66shc基因rs8191981、rs4845401位点多态进行基因分型。结果病例组和对照组P66shc基因rs8191981、rs4845401位点的基因型频率、等位基因频率及单体型分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与长寿老人肾功能减退的关联分析显示:P66shc基因所测位点多态性与维吾尔族长寿老人肾功能减退不相关(P>0.05)。结论 P66shc基因rs8191981、rs4845401位点多态可能与新疆维吾尔族长寿人群肾功能减退无关。 Objective To study the P66shc gene polymorphism in rs8191981,rs4845401 polymorphism of Hetian Uygur longevity group with renal function decline in the relationship.Methods With the method of Multiplex SNaPshot reaction,rs8191981,rs4845401 polymorphism genotypin in 65 cases of renal dysfunction(case group) and 47 cases with normal renal function(control group) were analyzed.Results P66shc gene rs8191981 and rs4845401 genotype frequency,allele frequency and haplotype distribution in normal and impaired renal function showed no significant differences between groups(P0.05);and longevity for the elderly associated with renal dysfunction analysis: P66shc gene polymorphism was not related to renal dysfunction of the elderly Uygur longevity(P0.05).Conclusion P66shc gene rs8191981 and rs4845401 polymorphism might not be related to longevity in Xinjiang Uygur population of renal dysfunction.
